All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s. St. Patricks Tour and Travels.
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s St. Patricks Tour and Travels. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s St. Patricks Tour and Travels. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc.) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Even after making the 25% advance to confirm your bookings, in some cases it might be required that you need to pay additional advance amount before the final balance payment date depending on the contractor / supplier’s payment deadline as and when applicable.
International clients can make payment using any of the following methods:
By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.
In case of payment through credit/debit card, 3% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Please note that St. Patricks Tour and Travels employee or agent will not ask for your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer etc. Please do not act on such requests. Each tour has its own cancellation policy and it is given on each tour’s description page. Below cancellation will only work for those tours which do not have cancellation policy on their description page:
60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Refunds for unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) will be processed based on the cancellation policy. Refunds may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If refunded to a credit card or bank account, any applicable bank charges will be deducted.
It is mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRIs, Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation:
Foreign nationals – Passport + Visa
NRIs – Passport
OCI / PIO card holders – Passport + OCI/PIO card
Domestic clients – Driving License / Voter ID / Passport
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / payment.
Extra usage of vehicle (cars/coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and is not permitted beyond scheduled transfers or sightseeing.
After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in fees, fuel, taxes, etc., these will be charged extra. Rates are subject to change based on updates by hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other services. Any disputes or contracts issued by these service providers will be between you and them.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels itineraries are indicative. Actual conditions such as weather or local factors may cause changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services without refund or rebate.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels is not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, government actions, or any other causes beyond our control. Additional expenses due to such events must be borne by the client.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels is not responsible for property loss or injury resulting from third-party negligence or other issues outside our control. Use of third-party equipment is at your own risk.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels does not provide insurance. Travelers should arrange their own coverage for health, accidents, or loss.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels may cancel any service if it deems necessary and will refund accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
St. Patricks Tour and Travels and its affiliates shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond control including but not limited to war, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.
Both St. Patricks Tour and Travels and the client shall make reasonable efforts to overcome effects of Force Majeure. However, this does not waive obligations prior to such an event.
All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to Delhi Courts only.
